The tires I've been using for years. I complained about the sales services because when I received my order, the tires were delivered without packaging, without original labels, and damaged on both sides INSIDE and OUTSIDER according to the photos. I have been complaining since 21/02/25 for an exchange of the new tires, but your services did not want to acknowledge this. I am very disappointed with your sales and after-sales services. I will continue to complain through the consumer service and test purchase if I do not receive your favorable response in my favor.
I refused the delivery of the tyres because the manufacturing date was DOT 18 and not DOT 19. The tyres were very, very dry, poorly stored, and too risky to fit on my vehicle.

Good economical tires. Fairly good grip on wet, average on dry. Very hard rubber. The durability should be long. Attention, average runflat comfort.
