Fast delivery, however, I notice that the manufacturing date is old, namely 04/23, so already 18 months. It is normal for there to be a delay between manufacturing and the product delivered to the customer, but here it is too long, and it was not mentioned when ordering.

Hello, I received the 2 BRIDGESTONE 215/55/17 TURANZA T005 tyres on 18/09/2024. Upon receipt, there were no energy labels as required by the (EC) regulation, just a simple sticker on each tyre (see photo). On the outer sidewall of the tyres, there is no "DOT" (Department of Transportation) marking indicating the tyre's production date, just a set of 7 numbers and letters, with the DOT location before the number "6" with a very small brand logo (see photo). I even have the impression that these 2 tyres have already been mounted (see photo). Therefore, I am making a complaint and requesting a return of the merchandise, which is unopened and in the same packaging condition as when delivered (see photo), as well as a refund. For the record, I ordered the same tyres on 2 June 2024 without any issues. However, I noticed today that there was no "DOT" marking before the 12 numbers and letters, including the manufacturing date. Surprising, as all BRIDGESTONE tyres should have this, right? Following this, I received a message from "Caterina" on 23/09/2024, asking me to send photos of the following: To process your request as quickly as possible, please send us the following items: - photo of the complete side of the relevant item(s) (brand, profile, and DOT must be clearly visible) - photo of the carrier's label (parcel number, recipient address, weight, sender address) - photo of the manufacturer's label I sent these on the same day and had already provided them when opening the "TICKET" in the message on 20/09/2024 as per the site's instructions. On 25/09/2024, I received another message from Joseph C, which was the same, word for word, again asking for photos... THESE TYRES ARE NON-COMPLIANT AND I AM REQUESTING A REFUND. ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL THIS INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR SITE. I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU WOULD ACCEPT SELLING NON-COMPLIANT TYRES, WHICH ARE A SAFETY COMPONENT OF THE CAR. Awaiting your response. The delivery date was much later than announced!

I changed the summer tyres for the first time on the car which has now driven just over 120,000 km. Since the Turanza T005 I had must have rolled at least 70,000 km, it felt like an obvious choice.
