I had a few issues with the delivery, but it was the courier's fault… As for the tyres and customer service, I can say they were impeccable, with a very recent DOT and top quality.
My first impression compared with Continental summer tyres fitted with an EV damping insert was, of course, rather unpleasant :). However, I no longer find them particularly noisy—certainly not enough to justify paying at least CZK 2,000 extra per tyre for the foam version. Energy consumption has risen by roughly 1.5–2 kWh/100 km, which is about 10 % compared with the summer tyres at the same temperatures and in the same conditions. I have not yet had the chance to test them in truly wintry conditions; it is still relatively warm. Under normal driving the tyres are fine. Given the weather, I am not driving in a sporty manner as that would wear them out quickly. For now I can recommend them. The purchase was flawless, with no problems and super-fast delivery. I can only recommend Pneuleader.
