I purchased four winter tyres with the specified characteristics on this site. However, one of them was a completely different size from the other three, so I reported the issue. The response I received was that, because the item was out of stock, they would arrange to collect the incorrect tyre and refund me its cost. Aside from the fact that I have still not received any refund, I expected greater professionalism: rather than merely collecting the non-compliant product, it would have been appreciated if they had offered either to replace the entire set with one of equivalent quality or to refund the whole order, since I have no use for three tyres. This is without considering the difficulties and delays that all of this has caused me.
These tyres meet my expectations and seem effective in cold weather.

As of today I cannot assess the material for its durability, only for the feedback it is giving me: stability, steering precision and braking precision, considering that I work on both asphalt and dirt roads. Regards.
Excellent value for money
I drive on these tyres every day for 6 km along a forest track through the woods – on ice and snow (today, for example, 30 cm). The tyre is pretty decent. It grips quite well on snow-covered roads. Uphill in the forest, through the snow, you make good progress. Directional stability is better with the Pirelli ICE Zero. I can’t comment on mileage yet. Kind regards, Reinhold

For now I can't say much because I haven't tried them in the snow, but in the wet they perform very well!
