Hello, I have carefully read the response from Centrale Pneus. I have never questioned the quality of the tyre; I only pointed out that once the tyre was fitted onto the rim, it did not completely fill the rim (the edge of the tyre does not fit the circumference of the rim). The fitter informed me that he needed to get a tool to fix the issue. I was able to collect them the following afternoon. Now, I just have to enjoy them after this inconvenience.

For a summer tire, the grip and noise are much better than expected. On my 1700 kg vehicle, wear is noticeable on the tread of the front tires and on the shoulders of the rear tires with the many roundabouts that abound on our roads. What it lacks in longevity is compensated by grip and thus also in safety. Good quality/price ratio.

Never received my order, problem with the carrier, false signature on the delivery note. It was my second experience on this site, I was delighted with the first experience. But if they don't take measures with their subcontractors for delivery, it's problematic. Pity. However, the customer service is not bad! They at least respond and look for solutions.
