Seal Inside™
Pirelli revolutionizes post-puncture driving by creating a new generation of self-repairing tires that ensure safety and allow you to continue driving after suffering a puncture while maintaining perfect control of the car.
Indeed, with the Seal Inside™ technology, a vehicle whose tire is punctured by an external object, can in 85% of cases continue its journey because the air pressure remains intact. This evolution thus eliminates the vast majority of accidental situations due to a loss of pressure in a punctured tire.
With a Seal Inside™ tire, a puncture does not leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere: you can go home to change your tire or go directly to a garage.
This Seal Inside™ technology is usable on all vehicles according to the tire dimensions.

Phase 1
The external object, such as a nail, is surrounded by the mastic present in the tire.
Phase 2
If the object is expelled, the mastic gradually fills the hole left by the object.
Phase 3
When the object is completely out of the tire, the hole is completely filled and sealed, preventing any loss of pressure.
