Advanced tread pattern design

Ensuring maximum traction throughout the year and driving stability even at high speeds thanks to its optimised angle tread pattern, it allows for comfortable driving on dry roads.

Drainage Grooves

The presence of horizontal grooves on the inner side of the tread helps to effectively remove snow and slush and keep the tires in contact with the road surface for better grip.

Multiple Wave Sipes

The wavy sipes across the entire depth increase the rigidity of the tread block, thus achieving better traction on ice, while reducing the possibility of uneven wear, making driving more comfortable. The high-density sipes inside the tires increase grip on ice and compacted snow during turns, braking, or acceleration.

Wide lateral grooves

Large lateral grooves help to evacuate melting snow and water, thereby reducing the risk of aquaplaning, thus providing better road grip.

Advanced rubber compound

The specially formulated asymmetric pattern allows for optimizing full seasonal performance while at the same time offering better traction in cold weather.

Snow Claws

Present on the outer and inner grooves, they improve traction in deep snow and allow for better handling by increasing block rigidity.

Offset tread bars and sawtooth edges

Offset tread bars help to reduce road noise.
In extreme weather conditions, the serrated edges and different angles on the inner and median ribs of the tread increase traction.

Alignment Indicators

Celsius is the first tire from Toyo that incorporates alignment indicators in the tread blocks and inner tread blocks, which can help tire owners and retailers to find tread adjustment issues.
