Fast delivery, the tyres are good, everything is OK.
Tyres of the correct brand and size, and less than six months old based on the manufacturing date. A one-week delivery time suits me very well, so there is no point stating 48-hour delivery on the website, as it is not possible to meet that delivery time for most customers like me who are more than 1,000 km from your depot; that is borderline in terms of how you operate. Another small downside: I ordered 6 tyres, 4 were delivered by DPD and the other 2 by GLS, delivered on the same day but not at the same time, so in my case I had to wait three hours, and 8-hour delivery windows are ridiculous; saying the driver will be there between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. is not what I call a time slot.
