Nice, quiet tyres, unlike the ones I previously had (Tristar). I haven’t driven many kilometres on them yet because I fitted them just before the winter wheels went on, but they felt excellent the few times I did use them. If I ever need new tyres again, I’ll choose these.
Perfect for the Golf
I bought these tyres in the spring of 2025 and drove 30,000 km with them in 3 months around Europe and even as far as the Middle East. The grip of the tyres was fantastic and even though they have covered 30,000 km, they still have tread and can be driven. At high speeds, like over 200 km/h, you can notice how good the grip of these tyres is. Especially the grip in corners is incredible, it's like the car is glued to the asphalt. They are really soft, safe, and durable. As I said, I had a road trip and also drove on roads with lots of potholes and in really poor condition. However, the tyre performed incredibly well and there were no problems, even though I initially feared that the tyres would get a puncture or something. The tyres also look good. The price-quality ratio is 10/10 compared to other premium-level tyres like Pirelli or Michelin. I have also had Pirelli P Zero and Michelin Pilot Sport 5s, but I can recommend these tyres more if you drive a lot on poor roads. In my opinion, Vredestein Ultra Pro tyres also have a longer lifespan compared to Pirelli or Michelin. So if you're still considering, don't pay unnecessarily for the Pirelli or Michelin brand, buy these!

Saw some good reviews with Vredestein Ultrac Pro & also viewed official websites before purchasing as I never had Vredestein tyres before. Mostly I like to cruise & with the power in my car it is great to feel I can put the pedal down when & if I need to with this tyre . One big factor in my purchase was the reviews with comfort, so I went for it & bought 4 new Vredestein Ultrac Pro tyres. First impressions WOW, Loved the comfort, Road Noise & ride. My tyres are 245/35/20 & I was a bit worried about the Rim protection with my diamond cut alloys, but I was not disappointed as it's great. The tyres are very smart & good looking & handle as good as most in the wet. The thread depth is 7mm & the wear rating is 320 (Better than most of the other premiums at 260 etc). I still need to understand the longevity of the tyres but will keep an eye on this as I have only completed a few hundred km. In summary I am looking at buying the same tyres on my son's & wife's car which is the best compliment I can give. Well done Vredestein on a super tyre at a much lower cost than others.. I am in Ireland & this is an honest car lover assessment with no allegiance to any manufacturer but I will always spend a bit more & make sure I have a great premium tyre on my car as it's only a small area on 4 corners between me & the road. Nice tyre. Not as quiet as the Satin, but more grip, especially on dry surfaces. And much cheaper here than at regular garages.
