Is payment on your site secure?

Our site is SSL certificate compliant.

This certificate is symbolised by the small green padlock in front of the URL address and the letters HTTPS.

It guarantees a secure connection between your browser and our server.

We also work with a partner company that is an expert in online payments.

Your bank details are therefore never stored on our servers and you avoid any risk of fraud when you buy on our site.

Can I pay for my tyres in instalments?

The 3-step payment option is available in accordance with the conditions below (complete wheels are excluded).

Foreign cards, withdrawal cards only, cards with systematic authorization (Electron, Maestro, Cirrus...) and e-cards are not accepted.

Your 3 deadlines are paid by direct debit or by credit card.

The 3 deadlines are as follows:

  • Due date 1 : the day of your order, 1/3 of the amount of the order, including administrative costs.
  • Due date 2 : 30 days after your order, 1/3 of the amount of the order, including administrative costs.
  • Due date 3 : 60 days after your order, 1/3 of the amount of the order, including administrative costs.

What is SEPA bank transfer payment?

Bank transfer payment (also called SEPA) consists in paying for your purchases by transferring money from your bank to our bank.

It's really easy to do:

  • Go to your bank website.
  • Have our IBAN, the amount to be paid and your order reference to hand.
  • As soon as the transfer is made and the amount is received, we'll send your order.

Which credit card can I use to pay?

You can pay by card: credit/debit, MasterCard, Visa or Maestro.

There are several advantages to card payments:

  • It's secure.
  • Your card usually has insurance in case of problems.
  • It's immediate, meaning you'll receive your purchases more quickly.

Can I pay for the fitting directly?

On our fitting centre information sheets, you'll find all the pricing information (fitting, valve, balancing...). This way you know the total cost of changing your tyres upfront.

The fitting fee is to be paid directly at the fitting centre. So, you can pay in cash, by card or by cheque.
