The high-performance Nankang NS-2R tyre is designed for road and track use thanks to a recent rubber compound technology, delivering high performance in a range of conditions. It is available in a size range from 13 to 20 inches to meet a variety of needs.
Two types of compounds are available, suited to different uses. This variety makes it possible to tailor the tyre’s behaviour to the desired driving style.

Noisy, obviously, but nothing surprising for semi-slick tyres; the value for money is very good so far...
Very good value for money! On the track, at higher outside temperatures (30°C), it delivers good grip at the lower end of semi-slick performance. On the road, it remains at UHP tyre level.

For its price, it’s a very well-rounded tyre when it comes to sporty driving. Very satisfied.
Not an ultra-grippy slick, it holds its line well with slight controllable slides. Use with caution in heavy rain.

Very satisfied with these Nankang NS-2Rs. For entry-level semi-slick tyres, the performance is genuinely there. Grip on dry roads is excellent, and they feel very reassuring, even during spirited driving. Fitted to my car, they more than provide the level of grip I need. I still have a few pressure adjustments to fine-tune to make the most of their full potential, but the initial results are already very convincing. The value for money is excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-performance semi-slick without breaking the bank.
The tyres are surprisingly grippy. I had more moderate expectations, as they are an entry-level semi-slick model. However, to my surprise, they actually perform quite well. We’ll see how well they hold up to wear. So far, I’m satisfied with them.
