The Assurance Fuel Max uses a low rolling resistance all-season compound, integrated into a tread design with distinct zones. An almost continuous centre rib, combined with circumferential shoulder grooves, combines dry road stability and even tread wear with traction in snowy conditions. The tyre's internal structure includes two steel belts (H-speed rated sizes are reinforced with spirally wrapped nylon edge strips) on a polyester casing, enhancing ride comfort.
