Pneuleader was unable to provide information on the whereabouts of the tyres and from where they would be dispatched for the first approximately 7 days. After a double prompt, I was issued a tracking code that finally worked, unlike the code automatically generated immediately after payment, which did not work for about 7-8 days. Then the tyres travelled around Germany for roughly another 5 days and eventually arrived safely at my address. The tyres are in perfect condition and I am extremely satisfied with them.
