The FuelSaving technology introduces an innovative rubber compound that minimizes energy dissipation. The rolling resistance is thus reduced by 18% (4) resulting in lower consumption.
The ActiveBraking technology maximizes the tire's footprint on the road, reducing braking distances. The distance is thus reduced by 8% (a gain of two meters) on wet asphalt (2) and by 3% on dry ground (3).
It obtains the A rating from the European tire labeling, which is the one rewarding the highest grip on wet ground.

I am very happy with this tyre, fitted on a Mercedes W205, a late-2014 C220 D. Good performance in dry and wet conditions. I always replace them in pairs... And the "demo" price is attractive.

Excellent for fuel consumption and quietness... a bit expensive. With the previous set of tyres (the same as these), I had 3 punctures in 70,000 km; I wonder whether it depends on the stiffness of the tread or if it was just bad luck.
