EVolutionised Performance for All Weather Conditions
The iON FlexClimate tyre is designed to excel in all weather conditions, specifically tailored for electric vehicles. It features Total Low-Noise Technology, utilising foam technology to disperse road noise and absorb shocks, making it ideal for both Battery EVs and Plug-in Hybrid EVs.

Very good tyres suitable for hybrid vehicles (EV). Tyre construction suitable for mountain conditions (3PMSF). Easy fitting and very good balancing. Foam bonded to the inside of the tyre may help protect the rim during the first few kilometres in the event of a puncture (to be confirmed). After fitting, good driving feel, good road holding at -5°C with no snow, not very noisy, and good absorption of road imperfections. Longevity not tested over the 1,200 km, to be checked over the long term. Summary: a very good tyre that I would fit for winter periods, with nothing to envy from more expensive brands.
Excellent tyre. Highly recommended for Tesla, and I can see why. Absolutely glued to the road, loving them already.
On my Tesla Model 3, the tyres seem a little quieter than the Michelin Pilot summer tyres I had before. However, as these are all-season tyres, energy consumption is slightly higher, which is understandable given their construction. Overall, I am satisfied.
I am very satisfied with the tyres. Quality and service are very good. I cannot yet comment on their lifespan. I would buy them again and recommend them.
The only issue with this tyre is the fuel consumption it generates – 20% higher than the Michelin CrossClimate 2. Otherwise, it is very quiet, brakes well, is stable, and appears more durable than the aforementioned Michelin. On the other hand, your delivery time is unacceptable – over two weeks from payment of the order, despite five requests to expedite delivery. It is also unacceptable that you do NOT offer telephone support; one can only make a complaint via email or WhatsApp. This is probably my first and last purchase from you.
Fully lives up to my expectations.
Fits perfectly for a Skoda Enyaq. Quiet, seems durable. Picks up a lot of small stones in the tread pattern.
The HANKOOK ION FLEXCLIMATE has pleasantly surprised me in the first 2,500 km since purchasing the tyre. Normally, I tend to fit/use tyres for their typical target season/driving style. These may certainly offer that last bit of extra performance. But when it comes to all-season tyres, you know that driving style needs to be adjusted as well. However, during my research, I noticed that the larger tyre testing organisations have not yet included the Hankook ION Flexclimate in the all-season competition. I was able to find some comparison tests, but always only in a 1:1 comparison. I myself drive a Ford Fiesta ST MK8, which easily exceeds 240 km/h at its peak. The Hankook has so far always provided me with very good traction, lane changes, and thus safety in all weather conditions and speeds. This included dry, very wet, and also snow and ice-covered road conditions. There have also been some fuel-saving drives. For example: Cologne-Bremen, about 320 km at a maximum speed of 120 km/h and an average consumption of 5.7 L/100 km. Here, I was particularly able to focus on the consumption values and noise development and must say that the Hankook ION Flexclimate was extremely quiet, very pleasant!!! This tyre remains a clear purchase recommendation in my mind. I hope Hankook can continue to evolve here, but the current tyre is already at a great level. Hats off to HANKOOK!!!
