After covering 27000 km on a Passat cc with occasionally brutal acceleration, 60% on the highway and the rest in town and countryside, I have between 5000 to 6000 km left for the wear indicator. I perfectly recommend this reference already fitted on my old Mercedes c coupe sport 2003 with a somewhat hard driving. Grip on wet and dry is fine, just a bit noisy, but with the radio on low volume, it's very, very good. I stick to the same quality-price reference.
Only disappointment was customer service. In the past I’ve had an email to tell me when the tyre was delivered to the fitter. This time I didn’t get one. Having waited for a few days, I emailed to ask if delivery had taken place. I didn’t get an answer, instead I got sent an invoice. I emailed again with the same question and was sent details on how to claim for a missing tyre. Surely you could have just checked to see if it had been sent out and when. Fortunately, when I rang the fitter he confirmed that it had been delivered a few days prior.
