The Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 225/40 R18 92W XL RPB is designed for high performance sports vehicles, sports saloons, premium compact and sports coupes. The "nanoBlend" rubber compound includes a mix of many polymers. This one is designed to offer optimal balance between grip in the rain, fuel economy and wear resistance. Innovative in terms of safety and comfort, the wide curved "Katana" grooves in the shoulders are reminiscent of the shape of the Japanese sword. Their semi-closed design helps maintain the rigidity of the tyre, improving manoeuvrability and cornering support.

I did not drive 65,000 km with my currently purchased ones, but with the same brand and model before. In Finland, the roads are anyway with rough surface, so any tire brand and model will have high rolling noise. My two main goals were wet handling and good grip on dry and wet. That tire covers both well! Stopping on dry and wet in my opinion is reasonable. Big water splashes on the road are handled. Only one thing you should consider - the tire has a high and soft sidewall, so in fast cornering, you might feel the car is not behaving perfectly. That being said, for this price, it offers enough for daily driving. In my case, about 85 km/day..

On dry ground, the car (rear-wheel drive) is literally glued to the road. On wet ground, no issues either but, due to my cautious driving, I haven't pushed it to the limit. Unbeatable value for money.
