Excellent tyres for the VW Touareg, comfortable on the road and perfectly suitable for off-road use.
Very good tyre, a perfect balance between comfort and all-round performance in all weather.
Still not enough kilometres to give a full review. However, in off-road terrain I’m already very pleased with the tyre, and it also drives well on rough roads. It inspires confidence. Only the knobbly tread makes the van lean slightly in faster corners. A bit of getting used to… then the tyre is good! 👍🏻

This tire was specifically purchased to handle muddy conditions in a forest environment. Clearly much more grip than the standard tires that were on the vehicle. Noise level on the highway (Belgium/Germany) is acceptable, but the tread is audible. Only buy if the tire is going to be used for what it was developed for... to be able to drive 'off' the road as well. Also, a fairly unique size if you have a vehicle that only has an 18' rim homologation, and yet are looking for a 'light' off-road tread. Much more choice in the 17' segment, but both for 'control' and for the 'insurance' aspect, it is strongly advised not to deviate from what is on the homologation papers, even if you wouldn't change the overall diameter of the rim/tire combination. Everything can and will be used against you...
