To meet the demands of an all-season tyre in summer conditions, the design is based on a structure intended to maintain rigidity on dry roads. The rubber blocks located in the centre of the tread as well as on the shoulders are specifically reinforced.
This architecture limits rubber deformation under high loads, such as hard cornering or sudden braking. Maintaining the contact patch with the road surface therefore helps to improve braking efficiency on dry ground.
The increased stability of the blocks also contributes to more precise steering and more stable road handling, providing better-controlled driving when temperatures are high.

Tyres already bought 3 times. Excellent lifespan (on average 62,000 km per set) for my driving style. When put under strain on rough road surfaces and with more aggressive driving, they tend to wear faster and to crumble.

I switched from G2 to G3 on the front. Pending trying them in rain and snow, they perform better in the dry than the G2. I have G3 on the front and G2 on the rear (they’re still holding up). The G2 works well in snow for an all-season tyre if you drive slowly. I don’t like the G2 in the rain. But I’m sticking with Goodyear. Great value for money. If you drive in snow frequently, the Dunlop Winter Sport 5 are perfect — and for sporty driving too.

It's a good tyre for my needs, good quality and a reasonable price.
Nothing to complain about so far. Not enough miles yet, but I find they’re quieter than the Ultra Gripp I had before.
