The combination of 3D sipes and a new tread design balances the tread rigidity without reducing the flexibility of the sipes. The high-capacity angled grooves will generate a lot of snow shear force to create sensational grip on snowy roads.

Excellent grip in the snow, but in fast corners the tyre’s soft carcass causes the car to understeer quickly, meaning the electronic safety systems intervene very quickly. As you would expect with winter tyres, fuel consumption with these tyres is higher than with summer tyres of the same size.
