A good balance between roadworthiness and off-road capability for anyone who regularly alternates between longer road journeys (without any racing ambitions) and driving off-road. Durability/mileage is at least OK (unfortunately I had to replace the old set of tyres early because they wore unevenly due to incorrect wheel alignment. In summer I will swap them axle by axle, alternating with two tyres from the old set; after that I’ll be able to make a final statement on durability/wear). In this size (7.50R16), with official winter approval (which was a purchase criterion for me), it is probably the only tyre available, at least in this price category. The tyre was temporarily unavailable; in the meantime, the revised tread pattern has, based on initial off-road experience (without mud), improved. So far, I haven’t been able to test grip on snow because there hasn’t been any. When used on the LR Defender (not a racing car), the on-road characteristics have clearly not changed for the worse. So, a purchase recommendation for this all-rounder!

Amazingly quiet tyre. So far, no issues, whether on wet surfaces or forest floors; traction seems quite good. We’ll see later how it performs on sand and stones. The sidewalls look sturdy.

Very good tyre, I recommend it. I have clocked up 1,000 km so far, half off-road and half on-road, in both dry and wet conditions. Excellent roadholding and not noisy. It responds very well on wet and muddy terrain. As for longevity, I don’t know yet; I just hope they last as long as the old Bridgestone Duelers I had. A good purchase that I would make again without hesitation.

Very happy with my purchase, the order arrived quickly at my home. Driving with these tyres is pleasant, they generate little noise. However, you need to be careful of gravel projections getting stuck in the treads when moving from a dirt road to a paved road.
