Hello, very disappointed with your customer service to whom I made a complaint following the purchase of a Bridgestone Ecopia EP 150 tyre in 195/65/15. The tyre was bought to complement an existing tyre, matching the photo on your site, and upon receipt, it was disappointing as the tread pattern does not match at all. No goodwill gesture or discount on a future purchase, poor.
