It is a soft - quiet tire. Good grip. Perfect! It was not indicated what is inside or outside, so I had to guess!
Tread depth could be greater, but for the price it's top
Had Dunlop's on before (which are well over twice the price of these), these seem every bit as good as my old tires and am very please with the purchase. I got these after reading reviews about them, you really wouldn't know that they are a budget brand, only done 1000 miles so can't comment on the longevity, however I have used them on wet, dry and snow covered roads and can't fault them at all. Would definitely buy these again.
