Tyres arrived within a few days and are of recent production. Grip on wet roads is good; not yet tested on snow or ice. However, I have to complain that they are very noisy already at 80–90 km/h; in fact, the B rating for noise seems inaccurate to me. Overall, they are decent.
Great, time and time again!
The best value for money: tyres that perform in all conditions. In the wet they are predictable and consistent, with very acceptable straight-line braking and cornering that lets you forget about whether the car will grip—the bend is taken without protest. In the dry they behave as you would expect from such a ‘soft’ compound: a bit of sidewall flex, and on a 4x4 you may need to correct your line occasionally because of the supple carcass, but for 99 % of drivers it won’t be an issue. In snow they’re a missile: they lack nothing and the price is ridiculous for the performance they deliver. Don’t expect a set of Hakkapeliittas, yet they won’t let you down in any situation, even when drifting from corner to corner. As soon as you hit the brakes, the car stays exactly where it should without any surprises.
