Multi-notch blocks

Reducing the tread squirm, the multi-sipe blocks also increase the tread contact area on muddy or loose terrains to ensure better road performance.

Central zig-zag blocks

In order to create a more biting leading edge, improve traction as well as off-road performance, the central blocks are arranged in a zig-zag pattern.

Large blocks

Equipped with large tread blocks, it ensures perfect stability at high speed, low noise level, and improved handling.

Rounded leading edge of the blocks

Featuring a rounded edge, the wide blocks help to reduce resistance when in contact with the ground, to decrease rolling noise and to ensure even wear.

5 Variation Alternation

The 5-variation alternation acts by dispersing rolling noises, optimizing the contact pressure of each block and reducing irregular wear.

Versatile tire, excellent nowhere, but good everywhere, except for high-speed stability due to its omni-directional profile. Note: Very quiet for this tire category!

Very good grip of the tire on all types of terrain, including snow. On the other hand, it's very noisy and feels like it "vibrates" like an all-terrain tire. Exactly matches my mixed use.

Too early to judge the lifespan, however, contrary to what the data sheet suggests, it has no impact on fuel consumption (road and highway) compared to the original Conti cross contact tires. The same goes for noise, nothing significant regardless of the surface or speed. I do not regret my choice.
